I worked with Allard Engineering on our addition and Miles and team were great to work with. From the first meeting he took the time to walk me through everything and explain the process in a way that actually made sense. He did not just send over plans. He made sure I understood the steps, what to expect in the field, and why things were being done the way they were. The plans were detailed and well thought out. When we had questions during framing or needed clarification in the field, he was always available and gave clear direction. That kind of responsiveness made a huge difference when we were in the middle of construction. Miles and his team are very professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with.
